Retreat!

I am retreating to Northport tomorrow to enjoy some quiet time with God.

My church has a retreat every year for its women members (and their friends!). It’s been years since I’ve gone and I am looking forward to it. Here’s a photo teaser of where I'm heading:

I have no idea who I am rooming with. I have their names (and a little gift for each of them….shoot, I was going to take a picture so I could share with you what I’ve made…I’ll take a picture later), but I have no idea who they are. I hope we’re all compatible! The very first retreat I went to, I went alone not knowing anyone. I was blessed to meet a wonderful young lady, who made my first retreat a great experience. Who knows, maybe there will be one in my group who has never been to a retreat and I can bless her the same way.

Either way, I’m looking forward to some wonderful time in God’s word and a strengthening of my faith.
